After booking your intensive date, you’ll receive your welcome kit and access to your client portal. Inside your portal, you'll find prep work to complete before we begin our project.

We'll jump on a collaborative Zoom call to chat through your prep work and work through deep-dive strategy questions.

Before we jump into designing your brand concepts, we’ll start with a creative direction phase. This is where I'll create two distinct brand direction concepts. You’ll be presented with bespoke moodboards, colour palettes and typography options that align with your vision while attracting your target market. This phase is where a lot of collaboration will take place, and it’ll ensure we’re both on the same page before we move into the concept design stage.

This is where it all comes together. Once we’ve chatted about which visual direction you’d like to move forward with, I’ll start transforming the chosen direction into a purposeful identity on your design day. Everything I design for your brand concept will be purposeful and intentional - and I’ll explain it all to you in the brand presentation and accompanying video.

If required, we'll work through any revisions on the our final day, and I'll then roll out your new brand and style guide. After the roll out, it’s time to show it off to the world!

How it works

FAQs

  • It’s all down to a streamlined, tried-and-tested process - as well as the prep work I get you to complete! All you need to do is be available to give feedback on the work sent to you each day. You’ll generally have around 12-16 hours to give feedback.

  • After booking, you’ll be invited to your client portal, where you’ll find prep worksheets and instructions to create a Pinterest moodboard. This will need to be completed one week before our project.

    During the project, you’ll need to be available to give feedback each day. You will have 12-16 hours to give feedback.

  • Brand intensives work no matter which timezone you live in! Because the projects are spread out over a few days (rather than one day) you’ll have ample time to give feedback.

  • I am usually booked anywhere from 1-3 months in advance, so I highly recommend getting in touch as soon as possible!

  • There are a couple of things I don’t include in the project prices. These include font licenses, brand photography, image sourcing, website hosting costs, domain registration costs, SEO (basic SEO is included with websites), printing fees and additional revision rounds (beyond the two rounds included in intensive packages).

  • Branding is a worthwhile investment with potential for a huge ROI - but it can be a big cost for a small business. I always offer flexible payment plans to my clients to help them bridge the gap and get the brand of their dreams sooner.
