I recently found myself searching for a service on Instagram to help me learn about and manage my foster dog’s behaviour. Along the way I experienced both good and bad customer journeys and it made me realise that there is so much more that I could be doing in my own business. Some people lost me along the way and I didn’t purchase from them, purely from my first impressions and experience with their content. There is so much that we can learn from not only my experience but also every purchase decision that you are making as a consumer every day.
