I recently found myself searching for a service on Instagram to help me learn about and manage my foster dog’s behaviour. Along the way I experienced both good and bad customer journeys and it made me realise that there is so much more that I could be doing in my own business. Some people lost me along the way and I didn’t purchase from them, purely from my first impressions and experience with their content.
