That is true but it's also how you make people feel, it's what people read, it's how you communicate with your audience, it's the message that you're conveying that is important as well. This messaging stems from your copywriting and tone of voice. If your content does not act as a strong extension of your amazing branding, your target audience are not going to stay long enough to connect with you, make a purchase or work with you.
